Cajun Chickpeas
1 Cup Chickpeas (drained from the can, or soaked and cooked from dried)
Drizzling of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sprinkling of Cajun blend spices
Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet and drizzle with Olive Oil and sprinkle with Spices
Bake at 400 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until crispy

That sounds yummy. I use chick peas in a lot of dishes, nice to know another idea.
