A batch of whole wheat bread dough ended up in the garbage this morning! I bought a bag of whole wheat flour from Costco this time, and it is Rogers. I usually buy Superstore's No Name whole wheat flour. I measured my usual amount in my machine, and when I came back to check on how it was kneading, it was so dry! I had definitely over estimated the flour amount. So.... in order to try and salvage this terribly dry and crackly dough, I added some water. Well that turned into a horrible mess. Into the trash it went.
